   The unit is used to take a representative sample of coal dust from dust - gas ducts in order to determine its grain composition and moisture level. The sampling is conducted using an isokinetic method by means of a "zero" probe. The unit is an extra device for EMIOTEST^R 2598 dust meter. Special software of the dust meter, shape and dimensions of the probe are consistent with PN-91/M-34131 standard "Mill systems. Dust sampling".

The set contains :

• testing probe,
• cylindrical type impact pressure (accumulation) tube,
• cyclone,
• bag dust separator,
• heating jacket of the cyclone and filter,
• set of control valves,
• central unit of the dust meter EMIOTEST^R 2598 including a temperature probe,
• AZ-15 suck-in unit,
• container for the separated dust,
• protective transformer 160 W 230/24 V.

Accessories :

• dust-tight connectors, glands, dust flood-gates.

   The probe is made of stainless steel in two variants: for sampling mineral coal and lignite dust. View of the set is shown in the drawing below.
