   The Innovation & Implementation Firm EMIO^R offers an aspiration speed probe (SP-sot) with a "S" taken off type head, including an aspiration route made of titanium. The probe is destined for sampling purposes for determination of heavy metal and dioxin presence in the gases being tested. View of the probe is shown in the drawing below.

   Probe jacket is made of stainless steel. Special variant of the probe may include a heating element (SP-sotg). Then this element is a single-core chrome & nickel wire in the insulation made of mineralised titanium oxide. The heating element is laid directly in the internal titanium aspiration tube and it is supplied with a safe voltage of 24 V. Any 230/24 V protective transformer with capacity not lower than 160 W can be used to supply power to the heating element. The supply cable is ended with a plug protected from dust and moisture.

   At request of the buyer, the probe can be made in a variant with temperature adjustment up to 200°C (SP-sotgr). Then a temperature sensor is fitted at the distance of approx. 0.6 m from the probe end on the aspiration tube under the probe jacket. The probe can be used with a temperature regulator, RT-200 type. Such regulator is offered by EMIO^R.

   There is yoke suitable for standard measuring stubs (M64 x 4) fitted on the probe jacket.
