   The Innovation & Implementation Firm EMIO^R, offers the following dust separators for internal filtration :

• cartridge units with external diameter 25 mm (1)
• cartridge units with external diameter 30 mm (2)
• cartridge units with external diameter 38 mm (3)
• crucible units with external diameter 52 mm (4)

   The separators listed which are the housing for measuring filters are tightened onto the head of aspiration probe. A selected aspiration end is tightened onto the separator. Selection of the given separator depends on the type of filter being used.

   The view drawings of the two types of separators listed are shown below :

   Only the first two separators can be used together with the "duplex" type of probe head. All four separators listed can be used with "S" type head.

   With respect to diameter 25 mm separators, e.g. cartridges made of glass fibre 16x100 from MACHEREY NAGEL*DŰREN can be used. This enables aspiration of gas with dust concentration of approx. 200 - 300 mg/m³ within the standard measurement time.

   With respect to diameter 30 mm separators, e.g. cellulose cartridges 20x90 from FILTRAK or 20x80 mm and made of glass fibre 19x90 mm from WHATMAN can be used. This enables aspiration of gas with dust concentration of approx. 500 - 600 mg/m³ within the standard measurement time.

   With respect to diameter 38 mm separators, e.g. cellulose cartridges 25x100 from FILTRAK or from WATMAN and made of glass fibre from MACHEREY NAGEL*DŰREN can be used. This enables aspiration of gas with dust concentration of approx. 1000 - 1200 mg/m³ within the standard measurement time.

   With respect to diameter 52 separators, blotting-paper flat filters made of various materials with diameter 50 mm can be used. Eg. Filters made of glass fibre type FA-50 offered by EMIO^R.

   The separators are made of acid resistant steel. Thermal resistance up to 500 °C.
