   The Innovation & Implementation Firm EMIO^R, offers a heated dust separator in the aspiration section made of the material not causing metal contamination, including also heavy metals. The separator is destined for external filtration.
   The filtration chamber is in the shape of two cones made of PTFE. Its dimensions allow for use of blotting-paper flat filters with diameter of 100 mm. The filtration chamber is heated. A nickel & chrome single-core wire in the mineralised titanium oxide insulation, all of this in austenic stainless steel housing, is the heating element. The heating element is powered by safe voltage via a two-core cable ended with a connector with anti-dust and anti-moisture protection. The dust separator is a thermostated bimetal element in the range of approx. 105 °C. The whole unit is contained in a brass sheet can covered with chrome. Any 230/24 V protective transformer of capacity not less than 160 can be used for power supply.
